(رواه البخاري ومسلم)

Islamic guidance on regular bathing and ghusl

This highlights the importance of cleanliness and personal hygiene, especially in preparation for communal worship like Jumuah (Friday prayer).

🌿 Sunnah Method of Ghusl (Ritual Bath)

  1. Wash hands up to the wrists three times.
  2. Remove any impurities from the body.
  3. Clean private parts (Istinja), even if no impurity is visible.
  4. Perform Wudhu as you would for prayer.
  5. Pour water over the head three times, ensuring it reaches the roots of the hair.
  6. Wash the entire body, starting with the right side, then the left.

This method ensures both physical and spiritual purification.
