The Value of Good Words: Speak with Ihsan 🗣️

🗣️ Daily Hadith & Sunnah | Smart Islamic Life

Words are powerful. In Islam, speech isn’t just communication — it’s a mirror of the heart. A kind word can be an act of worship.

📜 Hadith of the Day

مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ

“Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should speak good or remain silent.” – Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Bukhari & Muslim)

This hadith teaches restraint, mindfulness, and grace in conversation. Speaking good — or choosing silence — is a form of ihsan (excellence) in faith.

🌿 Reflection

Pause before speaking. Will your words heal or harm? Uplift or bring down? Today, let every word be intentional — full of light and compassion.

Let your tongue be moist with goodness, your silence wise, and your speech a reflection of your iman.
